Having been born in the year 1948, and have lived these sixty years in a ever-changing world; when I was a young
child, being raised in the country, there was old church by the name of Bland Baptist Church. It was unpainted, you
could up the bell tower and see the bell, there was no air conditioning, the floors were wood, sometimes you could
see the ground through the holes in the floor. But yet, after a hard day's work in the cotton fields, peach orchards,
watermelon patches, and the daily chores at home, the church was a refuge, a place where one could pour out their
souls before God and His praises could be heard for miles.

Now, today, we have air conditioned churches, carpeted floors, beautiful stained-glass windows, and our jobs have
changed from picking cotton, chopping cotton, picking peaches, chopping wood, hunting for food (rabbits and
squirrels) to sitting in plush offices, typing on computers, yet, we are not thankful to God for bringing us through the
years of poverty. We cannot hear God's praises outside the church, not to speak of "for miles".

Young children was taught to obey anyone older than themselves, regardless of race. "Yes sir" and "No sir" has been
replaced by "Yup", "Nope", and other unsuitable conversation. The refinement of the older generation has turned into
chaos in relationship to children and adults. Mothers have become teenagers, grandmothers are in their late 20s,
early 30s. Pastors have shunned these changes by hiding themselves in theology, not truth (the Word of God).

Everything now is about the dollar bill, how to get it, how to steal it, and how to keep it. Stores had personal services,
these services are no longer in existence. You could trust the older women to sit down with the younger women and
teach them how to sew, to cook, to set a table, and to raise children, but now, the older women are out in the world
more than the younger women, and, have no concern about family ties.

Men, have become lovers of themselves, they father children, knowing that they have no means of supporting them.
They wear earrings in their ears, rings in their nose, and rods in parts of their body that I cannot mention in this email.
I wish that every man would look at the Scripture Deuteronomy 22:5.

Schools are no longer teaching institutions, but have become a method of baby-sitting for parents while they are at
work. Guns were used to protect the home, and for hunting. Now, they are used in every corner for protection by drug
dealers, and corrupt police departments.

Food prices are soaring, clothing market for decent clothes is non-existent, automobile makers no longer care about
their clients or their product. "The almighty dollar".

The world today, I am sad to say, will not be much of a world much longer. God is pouring out His wrath, in the Book
of Joel (minor prophet), God states what would happen to this disobedient and perverse generation.

Look around you, gangs, rapists, murderers, liars, thieves, corrupt politicians, corrupt police departments, no justice
in the court system, lack of communication between countries, states, and races. Look around you, no Prayer allowed
in schools, as a result, we have become 29Th on the list of countries with the best educational system and students.

We can fly from one nation to another in a manner of hours, but we cannot show love to each other, while standing in
each others face. The world today, a cesspool, a seething pot, and ungodly. "The world today".
